BIRDING IN THE GREATER KAROO

The Karoo has for long been totally underrated as a birding destination. This month we start focusing on the potential that this arid region hold for bird-watchers and we load articles on a variety of destinations such as Matjiesfontein, the Karoo National Park and the Tanqua Karoo. This should give visitors a solid introduction to the region.
