GREATER SAND PLOVER AT GEELBEK
While searching for the Hudsonian Godwit yesterday (20 March 2010) we passed some time in Geelbek hide, trawling through hundreds of birds, many in breeding plumage, and found one Greater Sand Plover!
Seen well by everyone through the many scopes - no sign of the Lesser Sand Plover.
