MORNING OUTING TO ONRUS, VERMONT AND THE SWARTRIVIER ROAD ON SATURDAY 16 JUNE 2018
Happening on the 16th June 2018
We have not done this outing for some time now. The Vermont salt pan has received some good water recently and it will be interesting to see what birds are returning. The recent stormy weather is attracting strange species to the Onrus shoreline and we’ll pop around there quickly as well. The Karwyderskraal and Swartrivier roads speak for themselves and this should make for a great morning’s birding. We’ll round the morning off with coffee and maybe a bit of brunch at Gabriёlskloof. Come and join us.
We will meet at the Onrus OK at 08:00 from where transport will be arranged – the R 75.00 petrol levy will apply if you catch a lift.
RSVP: Anton at firstname.lastname@example.org or sms at 082 550 3347 by Thursday 14 June at 18:00.
